Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

We believe that unleashing the potential of diverse talent will not only help us grow and innovate but will also better position us to answer to the growing needs and interests of our diverse stakeholders, including the customers and communities we serve. 

To achieve this, our approach is to embed DE&I principles in all programs, processes, and practices that touch the employee life cycle along with those that impact our shareholders, customers, consumers, business partners and communities. 

In recent years, we implemented several programs and initiatives to promote DE&I in the workplace—here are our most recent initiatives:

  • Unconscious bias training
  • Employee global focus groups
  • Expanded parental leave benefits
  • A permanent workplace flexibility program
  • A targeted development program for women (sponsorship, mentorship, leadership development)
  • Training on inclusive recruitment practices for recruiters
  • Joining Catalyst CEO Champions For Change to support the advancement of gender equality, diversity and inclusion in the workplace
  • Participation in the Men Advocating for Real Change Summit by Saputo employees

When we all do our part in advancing DE&I, are we able to foster an environment where everyone feels heard, supported, and able to bring their very best to the table.
