Dividend Policy

Saputo Inc. declares quarterly cash dividends on common shares at $0.185 per share, representing a yearly dividend of $0.74 per share. 
 
The Board of Directors reviews the Company’s dividend policy from time to time, but at least once annually, based on financial condition, financial performance, capital requirements and such other factors as are deemed relevant by the Board in its sole discretion.
 

Eligible Dividends

Saputo, for purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and other similar provincial legislation, designates all dividends paid to be eligible dividends unless indicated otherwise. It is currently anticipated that future dividends will be eligible dividends.

Exceptions

A portion of the dividend previously paid does not qualify as an eligible dividend:
