We care deeply about the way our ingredients are produced and expect the same from our suppliers.
We believe our relationships with suppliers are vital to our ability to make high-quality products. We, therefore, aim to build strong, sustainable, and lasting partnerships with suppliers across our value chain and work collaboratively to uphold responsible business practices.
In support of these efforts, we implemented our Supplier Code of Conduct, which sets the minimum standards of business conduct. And while our suppliers operate in different legal and cultural environments, our Code defines a list of zero-tolerance issues that universally apply across our supply chain:
We have zero tolerance for:
- Child labour
- Forced labour
- Animal cruelty
- An environment that incites or encourages any form of coercion and harassment
- Any major health and safety deficiency posing an immediate danger to life or risk of serious injury
- Any major environmental deficiency posing serious and immediate harm to the environment or the community
To ensure compliance with our standards, we’ve introduced formal risk assessments and proactive checks like third-party audits, and have set clear protocols for addressing suspected breaches and a rigorous reinstatement criteria that suppliers are required to meet.
