A recipe for success: Saputo and La Tablée des Chefs renew partnership to cook up change

What happens when a shared passion for good food and community meets over a decade of teamwork? Something truly inspiring.

Saputo is proud to extend its long-standing partnership with La Tablée des Chefs, a Québec-based non-profit organization committed to fighting food insecurity, for another three years. This renewed commitment includes an annual contribution of $225,000 in financial support and $55,000 in dairy products, for a total value of $840,000.

Transforming teens into culinary champions

Saputo’s contribution will primarily fuel Kitchen Brigades, a flagship program of La Tablée des Chefs that introduces teens aged 12 to 17 to the basics of cooking while promoting healthy habits and independence. Launched in 2012 with Saputo’s support, the program has grown into a nationwide empowerment movement, now implemented in over 250 high schools in Québec and 40 more across Canada.

“The ongoing partnership with Saputo has been instrumental to our mission,” said Jean-François Archambault, manager and founder of La Tablée des Chefs. “Whether it’s through financial support, providing product donations, or participating in our fundraising efforts, Saputo has given us the stability and resources needed to pursue our mission to feed and educate. Their unwavering commitment is helping us build a stronger, healthier future.”

Cooking up possibilities

As Saputo and La Tablée des Chefs enter the next chapter of their partnership, their shared vision remains clear: to inspire Canada’s youth to develop their food autonomy, make healthy choices, and strengthen their communities. Here’s to the next three years of cooking up possibilities and helping make a lasting difference – one meal at a time!
