Saputo USA has been named the 2025 Workplace of the Year by the International Dairy Foods Association (IDFA), solidifying its reputation as a people-first organization. This annual honour, co-sponsored by the IDFA and Dairy Processing magazine, celebrates companies that go above and beyond to create a positive and empowering work environment.

 

In their review, the judges commended Saputo for its inclusive programs and policies. These include its Advancing Gender Balance initiative, which aims to increase the percentage of women in senior leadership roles, as well as comprehensive training, mentorship, and career development programs designed to support employee growth. Saputo’s emphasis on work-life balance – demonstrated through its flexible schedules, paid parental leave, and exceptional benefits package that extend to employees’ families – also impressed the judges.
