Saputo Announces a Change in Senior Management

MONTRÉAL, March 06, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Saputo Inc. (TSX: SAP) (“Saputo” or the “Company”) announced today changes in its senior management aimed at further supporting its operations and growth strategy.

Effective April 1, 2019, Mr. Carl Colizza will be appointed President and Chief Operating Officer, North America. Currently, Mr. Colizza is responsible for the Dairy Divisions Canada and Argentina. As such, Mr. Frank Guido will be appointed President and Chief Operating Officer, Dairy Division Canada as of April 1, 2019. Mr. Guido has been with the Company since 2015 and has held several senior management positions in operations and logistics.

In his new role, Mr. Colizza will continue to report to Mr. Kai Bockmann, the Company’s President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Bockmann also acts as President and Chief Operating Officer for the International Sector, which includes the Dairy Divisions Australia and Argentina.  

Mr. Terry Brockman, President and Chief Operating Officer, Cheese Division (USA), Mr. Paul Corney, President and Chief Operating Officer, Dairy Foods Division (USA) along with Mr. Frank Guido will report to Mr. Colizza.
